I used to hate small talk. I would avoid it at all costs, and if I was forced to make small talk, I would do so begrudgingly and with a lot of eye-rolling. I’ve since come to appreciate the value of small talk, however, and now I see it as an important part of networking and building relationships.

Small talk may seem superficial, but it’s actually a very important part of social interaction. It helps us get to know each other, build rapport, and establish common ground. It’s the foundation upon which more meaningful conversations can be built.

Whatever the reason, there’s no denying that there are plenty of benefits to living a life that’s just a little bit out there. Here are just a few of the reasons why we should all aspire to be a little wild.

It’s good for our mental health

One of the best things about being wild is that it’s good for our mental health. Studies have shown that spending time in nature can help to reduce stress levels, improve our moods, and increase our sense of well-being. And what could be more wild than spending time in the great outdoors?

It allows us to connect with our animal instincts

We may not like to admit it, but we’re animals. And there’s something about embracing our animal instincts that just feels natural. When we allow ourselves to be a little wild, we’re able to tap into that part of ourselves that we often keep hidden away.

It’s good for our physical health

In addition to being good for our mental health, being wild is also good for our physical health. Studies have shown that spending time in nature can help to improve our cardiovascular health, increase our level of physical activity, and reduce our risk of developing obesity.

It helps us to appreciate life

When we live a life that’s a little bit out there, we’re able to appreciate the little things in life that we often take for granted. We’re able to slow down and enjoy the simple things in life, and that’s something that we can all benefit from.

So there you have it, just a few of the many reasons why we should all aspire to be a little wild. So get out there and live a life that’s just a little bit out there. You may just find that it’s the best thing you ever did.
